SHIPPING POLICY

  • Pickup at ATO - 922 Wall St, New Richmond, WI 54017, select "Pickup" at checkout and Airsoft Tactical Outlet will reach out to schedule your Free Pickup: 10am-8pm CST Mon-Sat

  • Ground Shipping is available to the Lower 48 United States for $15 or $25, depending on order weight. Not all products qualify and may require a different shipping option.

    • Free Ground Shipping to the Lower 48 United States on orders over $500, not all products qualify and may require a different shipping option.​

  • Expedited Shipping is available to the United States starting at $40, depending on order weight. Not all products qualify and may require a different shipping option.

  • HAZMAT Shipping is required on some products. If HAZMAT is listed under the product, you must select HAZMAT Shipping or "Pickup" during checkout. HAZMAT Shipping Charges start at $50 and are adjusted for volume orders. HAZMAT Products and Shipping NOT offered outside the Lower 48 States. You must be 18 or older to purchase HAZMAT Products.​

    • Ammo Shipping Restrictions(Will NOT Ship): AK, CA, CT, HI, IL, MA, NJ, NY & Washington DC​

  • Non-Continental Shipping may be used for orders to Alaska or Hawaii. Our Non-Continental Shipping is $20. Not all products can ship outside the Lower 48 United States, if an item cannot ship, you will be contacted.​

  • International Shipping must be used for International orders. Our International Shipping is $75. Not all products can ship outside the Lower 48 United States, if an item cannot ship, you will be contacted.

​​RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY​

  1. All Returns must be submitted within 30 Days after the item has been delivered. Products must be in New Condition and be in Undamaged, Original Packaging. If any of the requirements are not met, the item will be invalid for a return. Returns are not accepted if an item has been used, tampered with, or disassembled. If a product is damaged in shipping, please contact us and we will assist in filing a shipping damage claim with the shipping company.

  2. Warranties are carried out via manufacture of the product.

  3. All Return Shipping is at the cost of the customer, unless the incorrect product was shipped, we do not cover return shipping costs.

  4. Cancellation and Refund of orders is possible, but not guaranteed. Contact shall be exchanged within 7 Days of order placement to discuss order additions, alterations, cancellation, and refunds. For more information please call 715-240-4070 or email Admin@airsofttacticaloutlet.com
